Meet the Participant Waiting List – Never lose a moderated slot to a no-show again

Jul 31, 2026

No-shows and last-minute drop-offs are one of the biggest operational hurdles in moderated research, especially for BYOU studies. That’s why we launched the new Participant Waiting List. Now you can queue several participants into a single session slot: the first joins, the rest stand by, and if someone doesn’t show or isn’t the right fit, the moderator can skip them and bring in the next person in line instantly. This means no lost slot and no rescheduling scramble.

It works in three phases: Set the max participants per slot and queue order in your Study calendar, participants book into open or partially filled slots with full, timezone-aware session details, and at recording time the moderator can swap in the next participant with one click.
