Visual Mock-Ups of UI Tweaks
Our service provides quick, visual mock-ups of simple UI improvements, created directly on client-provided website screenshots. These enhancements — such as adjusting button placement, font size, spacing, or highlighting calls to action — are designed to address specific usability findings with small, high-impact changes. Delivered as a dedicated chapter within the final UX report, the mock-ups include edited static screenshots, clear explanations of the issues identified, the design recommendations, and the expected benefits. Each suggestion is presented as one possible approach and not a finalized UI design, with alternatives noted when relevant, so the choice remains yours.
Service can only be requested alongside a report (e.g. a standard report or Heuristic Analysis + Expert Review).
Includes:
- Up to 10 tweaks (no matter the amount of screens)
- A dedicated chapter in the final report
- Edited static screenshots embedded in the report
- Clear explanation for each change, including:
- The issue identified
- The design recommendation
- The expected benefit
- A note clarifying that the proposed solution is just one possible approach, and alternatives (e.g., color choices) are possible
- A disclaimer (if needed) noting that these are conceptual suggestions, not final UI designs or brand-aligned assets
Timing:
- 1 working day
Price:
- $700
Low-Fidelity Wireframes of Pages or Flows (No UI)
We create black-and-white wireframes focused on structure, hierarchy, and content placement — not visual design — to illustrate layout, navigation, and content improvements based on user feedback. Delivered as an additional chapter in the final report, these static wireframes (with optional view-only Figma link) include clear explanations of the issue, our recommendation, and the expected benefit.
Service can only be requested alongside a report (e.g. a standard report or Heuristic Analysis + Expert Review).
Includes:
- Up to 4 screens in total, either as part of a single user journey or as separate pages, tied to priority issues identified in the research
- An additional chapter in the final report
- Static wireframes embedded directly in the report (single screen or multi-step flows)
- Link to the Figma file (if applicable) so you can explore screens in more detail
- Written explanation for each solution, including:
- The issue identified
- The design recommendation
- The expected benefit
Timing:
- 2 working days
Price:
- $700
Low-Fidelity Wireframes of Pages or Flows + Clickable Prototypes (No UI)
Black-and-white wireframes, which focus on structure, hierarchy, and content placement, plus interactive Figma prototypes, which go a step further by showing page transitions and user flow logic. This option makes it even easier to visualize proposed improvements before committing to high-fidelity design, allowing teams to validate ideas early and communicate changes clearly. Wireframes are ideal for illustrating structural adjustments in a simple, distraction-free format, while prototypes are best for experiencing redesigned flows in context and testing navigation or interaction patterns.
Service can only be requested alongside a report (e.g. a standard report or Heuristic Analysis + Expert Review).
Includes:
- One user journey, covering 2 to 5 screens
- An additional chapter in the final report with a screenshot or preview of the first screen and a brief explanation for each screen or interaction, including:
- The issue identified
- The design recommendation
- The intended benefit
- A Figma prototype link
- View-only access to Figma
Timing:
- 2 working days
Price:
- $700
General Terms
- All briefing calls refer to one encounter, all additional calls regarding the same project will be charged $150 each
- All draft study plans and discussion guides can be reviewed once by the client and will then be edited to its final version
- Any final comments and/or approval shall be made within 7 working days after receipt of the draft, failing which the Consultant will deem the draft to be approved and proceed to launch the study
- All timings are estimates and will be confirmed upon project launch
- All timing estimates for projects involving recruitment (such as references to “from completion”) take effect from the working day after all sessions have been received satisfactorily, or following the expected date of satisfactory receipt of all sessions, whichever is later
- All pricing and timings assume that sessions and UX Consulting services are conducted in English
- Projects requiring other languages will be quoted on a case-by-case basis
- Unless specified otherwise, all prices in this document are in addition to the underlying session price per participant
- Unless stated otherwise, pricing for 60-minute sessions is generally multiplied by 1.5
- Any report presentations must be held within 10 working days of report delivery
- In the case of BYOU studies, a timeline for the report will be decided during the briefing call with the Consultant. Should the sessions not be completed per the agreed timeline, we will proceed to the next step of the research process
- For a standard 10 BYOU study, the client has up to 10 business days to complete the sessions. After these days have passed and if there are at least 70% of sessions completed, the report will be created and the client will be charged the full amount of the report, as if all sessions have been completed. If less than 70% was completed, the report credits will be refunded and no report will be delivered due to the lack of data.
- In the case of moderated BYOU studies, a maximum of 20% no-shows are accepted, any further no-shows will be charged at $69 per no-show.
- To ensure the quality of UX Consulting deliverables, Userlytics shall only compile Reports on studies for which the Study Plan or Discussion Guide has been designed by the Userlytics team. If you have chosen to leverage a Report from our UX Consulting division, and would like some changes to the delivered Report, Userlytics will consider revising if Userlytics is informed of your request within 14 calendar days of delivery, and the Study Plan or Discussion Guide had been designed by the Userlytics team.
