Whitelisting Domains and IP Addresses with Userlytics

If users encounter issues with firewalls or VPNs while using our service, it may be necessary to whitelist specific domains and IP addresses to ensure seamless functionality. Below is a guide on how to whitelist the required domains for both first-party and third-party services.

Whitelisting First-Party Domains:

  1. userlytics.com
    • Main domain for our service.
  2. dashboard.userlytics.com
    • Domain for accessing the user dashboard.
  3. api.userlytics.com
    • Domain for API communication.
  4. activities.userlytics.com
    • Domain for accessing user activities.
  5. api-activities.userlytics.com
    • API domain for user activities.
  6. userlyticsirelandcoreprod.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
    • Amazon S3 domain for essential resources.
  7. uxl.app
    • Domain for specific app resources.

Whitelisting Third-Party Domains:

  1. \*.tokbox.com
    • Wildcard domain for TokBox services.
  2. \*.opentok.com
    • Wildcard domain for OpenTok services.
  3. maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com
    • Domain for Bootstrap CDN resources.
  4. cdnjs.cloudflare.com
    • Domain for CDNJS resources.
  5. fonts.googleapis.com
    • Google Fonts domain for font resources.
  6. fonts.gstatic.com
    • Google Fonts domain for font resources (static content).
  7. use.fontawesome.com
    • Domain for accessing Font Awesome resources.

How to Whitelist:

For Firewalls:

  • Access your firewall settings.
  • Add the above domains to the allowed list.
  • Ensure that the necessary protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) are permitted.

For VPNs:

  • If using a VPN, check the VPN settings for any domain restrictions.
  • Add the provided domains to the VPN whitelist.

Note: Ensure that wildcards (\*) are supported and correctly implemented when whitelisting third-party domains.
