Yes, you can conduct quantitative studies with participants across multiple types of devices, not just one. In the Userlytics study builder, when asked to designate your participant’s device, simply select the option that says “Multi-Device.” Read more about how to do this here.
Note – if you do not see this option and would like to conduct quantitative tests with your participants, please contact your Account Manager so they can adjust your account settings.
What languages do you support? You can write your test instructions and questions in any language or alphabet.
