We are thrilled to introduce you to our new feature, the Credit Usage Calculator. This tool is designed for admins and creators, aiming to streamline the process of estimating study costs and enabling you to focus more on insights rather than credit calculations.

Navigate to the tools section on the dashboard and click on the “Credit Usage Calculator”.


Setting Up

  1. Select your study methodology: unmoderated, moderated, or quant (quantitative research).
  2. Select the number of participants you can set a maximum limit of 10,000 
  3. Select the participant’s source Panel or BYOU, 
  4. Set maximum duration (or estimated maximum duration in quant)


Understanding the Credit Usage Summary 

After entering the study parameters, the calculator provides you with a detailed cost summary. This summary outlines the chosen study type, participant count, the credits available based on your plan, and partcipant source (Userlytics Panel or BYOU).


The tool displays your available credit balance. 


You can easily allocate or request additional credits. 


Alternatively, if no additional credits are required, you can proceed directly to create your study
