About Jennifer Glista
Jennifer Glista is a business and technology leader and the Chief Revenue Officer at Receptiviti, a technology company that uses scientifically validated language analysis to generate psychological and behavioral insights. In her role, Jennifer is responsible for sales and revenue strategy and works closely with customers and partners to help organizations understand the people who matter most to their business. Jennifer joined Receptiviti with a background in financial services, technology, sales leadership, and business development. Before joining the company, she spent approximately 14 years at Scotiabank, where she held senior leadership positions including Managing Director and Head of Sales for Equity Derivative Solutions. Her experience at the bank included leading marketing and sales initiatives focused on platform growth and developing relationships with institutional clients. At Receptiviti, Jennifer combines her commercial experience with an interest in technology and product innovation. She has been involved in helping organizations understand how natural language can reveal psychological and behavioral signals, with applications spanning customer insights, marketing, human capital, leadership, communication, and other areas where understanding people can support better business decisions. Her work also involves helping guide the development and deployment of Receptiviti’s technology. The company’s platform analyzes written and spoken language to provide insights into areas such as personality, emotional states, cognitive styles, and behavioral patterns. Receptiviti’s technology is built on decades of research at the intersection of language and psychology and is used across industries including market research, financial services, human capital, healthcare, and technology. Jennifer has also contributed to conversations about the practical applications of psycholinguistics and language analysis. In interviews and industry discussions, she has explored how organizations can use language data to better understand customers, employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.
