About Eniola Abioye
Eniola Abioye is a UX researcher, career coach, public speaker, and founder of UX Outloud, a platform dedicated to helping researchers build successful careers in user experience research. Born and raised in Oakland, California, Eniola has built a career around understanding people, conducting research, and helping other researchers develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the UX field.Eniola’s UX research career spans more than a decade and includes experience in technology, healthcare, financial services, and other research environments. Her work has involved conducting user research, developing research strategies, and partnering with product teams to understand users and translate research findings into meaningful product and business decisions. Her professional background also includes experience with organizations such as Kaiser Permanente and Silicon Valley Bank. A major focus of Eniola’s current work is career development for UX researchers. Through UX Outloud, she helps professionals with backgrounds in research and other people-focused disciplines transition into UX research careers, strengthen their research practice, improve their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, develop stronger portfolios, and communicate their professional value more effectively. UX Outloud describes its work as helping customer-focused researchers position their existing skills for technology UX research roles. Eniola has also built a growing community around UX research education and career development. Her work includes career coaching, workshops, research critiques, courses, speaking engagements, and community programming.
