Currently utilized by customer insight managers, brand managers, agencies, researchers and software developers, Userlytics allows organizations to test their campaigns, applications and other online and offline properties with relevant audiences around the world, receiving full audio/video feedback via participants’ combined webcams and desktop screen recordings. With the white label option, organizations can bring the functionality of the Userlytics solution in-house, enabling them to recruit testers, manage and run tests, analyze results and share findings with colleagues all from a single, easy-to-use dashboard. Firms have the flexibility to run the white label solution completely in house or to outsource some capabilities such as participant recruitment and QA testing of video results to Userlytics.
