How it Works

The Userlytics™ Test Builder is a web-based application used to test your website or software. Using this tool, our testers (or your testers if you prefer) help you identify usability issues right now so you can fine-tune your site or software throughout your development process.

Our Test Builder gives you complete freedom to set the parameters of your test. Test setup takes just minutes, and you'll get audiovisual recordings and written test results in as little as 24-48 hours. The whole process is fast and easy.

Analyze Your Results

You can check your test results from your own personalized dashboard system, as well as share those results with your colleagues. The testers and their computer screen sessions are recorded by webcam, so you can actually watch them using your site or software and listen to what they have to say.

You can also read the testers' answers to your questions, check out screenshots with written comments, and review information about mouse clicks, goal completion times, and errors. You can then use all this information to address usability issues in real time as part of an agile development process.
