The research, conducted with more than fifty frequent Facebook users, revealed that Google+ still needs to do more than to entice average Facebook users to switch. Using Userlytics' unique Video-in-Video testing platform to perform the study, participants, demographically divided into four groups of 13 people each, were invited to join Google+ and interact with the service as they and their actions were being simultaneously recorded. Userlytics captured the verbal commentaries, screen activity and facial expressions of all fifty-two users in simultaneous composited videos to gather and analyze the results.
